2. Products and Pricing

Prices are expressed in EUR (Euro) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, and availability without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is placed through the online store checkout process.

The sales contract is considered concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation via email.

Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping location.
For heavy marine equipment and engines, special transport arrangements may apply.

6. Warranty and Authorized Service

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Maritime Technology d.o.o., as an authorized distributor and service provider, offers:

Regular maintenance
Genuine spare parts

Warranty conditions vary depending on the manufacturer and product category.
Improper installation or misuse may void the warranty.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or specially ordered products
Installed marine engines or equipment
Products damaged by improper handling

8. Complaints and Liability

In case of defective goods, customers are entitled to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable Croatian and EU regulations.
Complaints must be submitted in writing via the contact details available on the website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from improper installation or use.

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy published on this website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.
